Test Of Love

I tramp the fields still wet with dew,

I trod the trails still fresh and new,

I scamper across the prairie grounds,

Looking for love’s whispers and sounds.

I crossed gardens on their flowerbeds,

The rainbow colors their beauty sheds,

I greeted birds of every flock and kind,

I joined them in waving love magic wand.

With robins and hummingbirds I sang,

With all God’s creatures the bells rang,

The golden sun in the far horizon rose,

Announcing the morning in mightily pose.

To the hearts of lovers like you and me,

In God’s new day no matter what will be,

Love is heaven sent we should all agree,

As the daily manna that will set us free.

With love there are no set boundaries,

Yet you pass thru its confined galleries

On emotional roller coaster of the hustles

Of missing, longing and courting bustles.

Thru’ pain, love’s gains are ample supply,

The rewards peak and soar and multiply;

With love, you will have the upper hand,

Under its banner, the fairest command.

Go out and join the march of braves,

Lest you will live in the loneliest grave;

The heart full of chambers of dooms,

Except for the one where love blooms.

Lucky is the one who answers his call,

For he will reap delight big and small;

I’m the lucky who stands mighty tall

In finding you as love’s ultimate goal.
