O’ Beautiful

God! You’re so beautiful, I said:

Oh… my lovely…beloved friend;

You’re the moon so surrounded,

By stars to you their lights send.

You shine and knit the romances

That brightens the miracles of love;

You do engage the heart in dances

That only can be given from above.

Like the sunshine in every morning,

You never needed an additional fame;

As spring’s Daffodils were adorning

The beauty that carried your name.

You came as the sweetest surprise

Into my lonely, trivial and plain life;

Your presence overcame my surmise

And eradicated all my pain and strife.

God made of you a beautiful bouquet

Out of every mountain top and plain;

He gave me you as my life tourniquet

Showering me with love torrential rain.

In you, I’ve reached my golden day,

And my dreams, in you, took a shift;

I kneel before the Almighty and say:

Praise The Lord for His precious gift.
