Love Contrasts

They said the night has zillion lights,
And the day but only one;
From the many girls flashy and bright,
Your light does vie the sun.

The brain may have millions of eyes,
And the soul but only one;
In the remote horizons of skies,
I would see beside you none.

The mind may have thousands of thoughts,
And the heart but only one;
But the thought that my heart has yet sought,
In your endless love was done.

The world may have hundreds of words,
And the tongue but only one;
Yet in all the tongues of all this world,
“I love you” is the sweetest one.

The universe has billions of love jolts,
Yet yours truly has but one.
Within the chambers of the heart vaults,
Only you reign and no one.
