Adam & Eve

a-e-apple

Adam and Eve did die

In spirit not in flesh,

They believed in a lie,

In toils, they started fresh.

Alas! What a tragedy!

They found out their limits,

Their hopes were shattered,

Due to unfortunate gambits.

They claimed their birthrights

That were lost due to pride,

They got darkness no lights

for choosing to take sides.

Yet the lord blessed them

In years and in siblings,

And love united them,

And our lives since tingling.

 When our lives will end

With pain and joy entwined,

To the father we’re sent

With him to dine and wine.
